• Your own content: always fine.

About watermarks

TikTok watermarks exist for creator attribution. Downloading the no-watermark version for personal use is one thing; stripping attribution and reposting is another, and it draws more scrutiny, not less. When you share someone's work anywhere, credit them visibly.
