ViedGrab lets you download publicly available TikTok videos, photos, and audio for personal use. The service is provided free of charge, with no account required.

2. Acceptable use

• Only download content you have the right to save. Videos belong to their creators.
• Do not use the service to infringe copyright, including re-uploading others' content as your own.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service (scraping our pages at scale, bypassing rate limits).
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

ViedGrab is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

5. Availability

The service depends on TikTok's systems, which change frequently. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, downloaders break when TikTok updates its platform, and recovery takes time.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViedGrab is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including how you use downloaded content.

7. Takedown requests

If you're a rights holder and believe the service is being misused with your content, contact us with details and we'll review promptly.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
